At Dog Child, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
