How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain perishable items or opened treats may not be eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our paw-print globally in the near future.
